01Scope
This policy explains how long Talentmicro Innovations keeps data processed through Parsinga, and when it is deleted. It applies to our hosted API, dashboard and website. It works alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
02Zero retention for documents
When you send a resume, ID card, business card or any other document to the parsing API, we use it only to produce the result for that request. The document and the parsed result are not stored once parsing is complete, so we cannot retrieve them afterwards. Keep your own copy of anything you need.
Your documents and parsed data are never used to train general-purpose or shared AI or LLM models, and are never shared with other customers.

When a period ends, the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
04Sample documents for custom parsers
If you ask us to build a custom parser, you may share sample documents with our team so we can design the schema and validate the parser by hand. These samples are the only documents people at Parsinga review. Access is limited to the people working on your parser, the samples are used only for your parser, and we delete them 30 days after the parser is delivered, unless you ask us in writing to keep them for further refinement.
05On-premise and private cloud deployments
When Parsinga runs inside your own infrastructure or cloud account, documents and results stay in your environment and never reach our systems. You control how long they are kept.
06Deleting your data
You can revoke or delete API keys in the dashboard at any time. To close your account and delete its data, email support@parsinga.com from the address on the account. We delete your account details, API keys, request metadata and usage totals within 30 days, except billing records we must keep by law.
Deleted data is removed from backups as they are replaced on their normal cycle.
07Legal holds
We may keep specific data for longer if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim. We keep it only as long as that need lasts.
08Changes to this policy
If we change how long we keep data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For material changes, we will notify account holders by email before they take effect.
