- You own your documents and the data we extract from them.
- New accounts get 100 free parses. After that you pay per successful parse at our published rates, billed monthly to your card.
- Keep your API keys secret and use Parsinga lawfully, including the data protection and employment laws that apply to the documents you process.
- Parsed output can contain errors. Review it before relying on it for important decisions.
01Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Talentmicro Innovations, [Registered office address], the operator of Parsinga. By creating an account or using the API, website or dashboard, you agree to them. If you use Parsinga for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf, and “you” means that organisation. A separate signed agreement with us takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.
02The service
Parsinga provides APIs that extract structured data from documents, including resumes, ID cards, business cards and other files, along with a dashboard, documentation and, where agreed, custom parsers built for your documents. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove a feature you rely on, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
03Accounts and API keys
- Give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys.
- Do not put API keys in browser code or public repositories. Revoke any key you believe has been exposed.
- Tell us promptly at support@parsinga.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
04Free parses, fees and payment
Each new account includes 100 free parses. After that, usage is billed at the rates on our pricing page, per successful parse or per page as stated there. Failed parses are not charged. There is no minimum commitment unless we agree one in writing.
To keep using the API after your free parses, add a payment method on the billing page of the dashboard. Payments are processed by Stripe. Usage is billed monthly in arrears: at the end of each monthly billing period we invoice the usage in that period and charge your saved payment method. Volume tiers apply to the usage in each billing period. You can cancel from the billing page at any time; billing stops at the end of the current period, and usage until then is invoiced.
Fees exclude taxes, which you pay where applicable. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; new prices apply to usage after the change. If a payment fails and the invoice remains unpaid after a reminder, we may suspend API access until it is settled.
05Acceptable use
You must not:
- process documents you have no right to process, or use Parsinga for anything unlawful;
- use parsed data to discriminate unlawfully, including in hiring decisions;
- attempt to break, overload, probe or bypass the security or rate limits of the service;
- reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product;
- resell or share access to the API unless we agree in writing.
We may suspend access that puts the service, other customers or the law at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
06Your data
You keep all rights to the documents you send and the data we return. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you. We handle them as described in our Privacy Policy and Zero Data Retention (ZDR) Policy: documents and results are not stored once parsing is complete, and are never used to train general-purpose or shared AI models.
Documents often contain personal data about other people, such as job candidates. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it and for giving any notices those people are owed. For that data, we act as your processor and follow your instructions. We can sign a data processing agreement on request.
07Custom parsers
When we build a custom parser, you give us sample documents and the fields you need, and we deliver a parser available through the API. Samples are used only to build and validate your parser and are deleted as set out in the ZDR Policy. Timelines and any project fees are agreed in writing before work starts.
08Accuracy and automated decisions
We validate every parser with human review and work to keep output accurate, but parsing is automated and documents vary, so results can contain errors or omissions. Review parsed data before relying on it for decisions that significantly affect people, such as hiring or identity verification, and do not make those decisions on parsed output alone. Optional inference features, such as gender inference, are your choice to enable, and you are responsible for using them in line with applicable law.
09Our intellectual property
Talentmicro Innovations owns Parsinga, including its software, models, parsers and documentation. While these terms are in effect, you may use the service as described here. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
10Availability and support
We aim to keep Parsinga available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless we have agreed a service level in writing. We may carry out maintenance, ideally with notice for planned downtime. Support is available at support@parsinga.com.
11Confidentiality
Each of us will protect the other’s non-public information with reasonable care, use it only for this agreement, and share it only with people who need it and are bound by similar duties.
12Termination
You can stop using Parsinga and ask us to close your account at any time. We may end these terms or suspend your account if you materially breach them and do not fix the breach within 14 days of notice, or immediately where the law requires. Fees for usage before termination remain payable. Sections on your data, intellectual property, liability and governing law survive termination.
13Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these terms, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
14Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Each party’s total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, your breach of acceptable use, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
15Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from documents you process without the right to do so, or from your breach of acceptable use.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Parsinga after that means you accept the updated terms.
17Governing law
These terms are governed by [Governing law]. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of [City and country whose courts have jurisdiction], unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
